Whether you're seeking personal growth, stronger relationships, or a peaceful family, professional guidance can make all the difference. I offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and child/family therapy—all designed to help you build deeper connections and a happier, healthier life.

Services Offered

Individual Therapy: Anxiety, Panic, Grief, Stress and Trauma.

In general, individual therapy with me goes through three stages: Stabilization (learn skills to cope with problems), Processing (discover and work through the cause, be it trauma or loss), and Integration (develop a new sense of self, rebuild relationships, and find meaning).

Couples Counseling

Whether you are a couple, in an open relationship or facing major transitions (infidelity, divorce, loss, etc), I can help. In general, couples therapy with me goes through three stages: De-escalation (understand their negative interaction cycle & reducing conflict), Restructuring (express your emotions and attachment needs, creating new bonding experiences), and Consolidation (solidify your new, positive interaction patterns and learn to solve problems in a constructive, connected way.

Child & Family Therapy

Mother and daughter

If your family is struggling with issues like:

  • Failure to thrive or behavioral problems

  • Parent-child conflict or Sibling rivalry

  • Communication breakdowns

  • Major life transitions (e.g., divorce, blended families, loss)

...then child or family therapy can provide the catalyst you need. I help families navigate these challenges and create lasting change.
